Total Immersion gets Olympics

If you happen to be in France while the Olympics are taking place and watch the France 2 or France 3 television coverage, you may spot some technology from Total Immersion (DEMO 2004). The company said it was selected to provide real-time special effects for the Olympics. D'Fusion lets TV animators play with 3-D objects during the live show. If you remember their demo from 2004 (Chris Shipley in a helicopter), you can only imagine what their Olympic coverage will be like.
